📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: All orders are dispatched within 3 business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Notification: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

 

2. Delivery Timelines & Tracking

Transit Times:

Hong Kong: 3-7 business days

International: 7-20 business days (varies by destination)

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

Important Notes:  Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and other factors beyond our control.

 

3. Failed Deliveries

Returns due to:
❌ Incorrect/incomplete address
❌ Recipient unreachable >7 days
❌ Customs clearance failure
We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply) or refund.

4. Policy Updates

ROSY Reverie reserves the right to amend this policy. Significant changes will be announced on our website.
